The community of Eagle-Vail is jointly managed by the Eagle-Vail Metropolitan District (EVMD) and the Eagle-Vail Property Owners Association (EVPOA) 

The EVMD's primary duty is the operation and maintenance of the recreation facilities that exist throughout Eagle-Vail.  The EVPOA is primarily an administrative, design review and covenant enforcement organization.  Use the navigation or links above for complete details and additional information.
