EagleVail Property Owner’s Association Annual Meeting will be held on February 18, 2016 at the EagleVail Pavilion, 538 Eagle Road, EagleVail, Colorado. The meeting will start at 5pm and is scheduled to run until 6pm. Food will be available from 6-6:30pm. The Regular Meeting will take place immediately after the Annual Meeting at 6:30pm.
A Candidates Forum will be held on January 21 at the EagleVail Pavilion. The Candidates Forum will take place immediately after the Regular Meeting of the Joint Board of Governors (approximately 7:30pm).
Channel 5 will record this forum and the annual meeting for later airing.
Voting will normally take place by secret written ballot via U.S. mail or hand delivery.
