Jump in the Pool for Water Aerobics
Join Ginny Snowden every Monday and Wednesday from 10:30 - 11:30 am Memorial Day through September 30!
Water Aerobics offers a low-impact workout with a number of unique benefits over regular land exercise. Water aerobics is suitable for almost everyone. The buoyancy of water reduces impact on weight-bearing joints, helps cool the body more efficiently to prevent overheating and adds additional resistance, giving the body a great workout. $75/season or $4 drop in fee.
