West Park Irrigation System Analysis

Sealed bids will be received by EagleVail Metropolitan District, PO Box 5660, 538 Eagle Road, Avon, Colorado, until 12:00 p.m. local time, September 4, 2026. Bids may also be emailed to sbarber@eaglevail.org. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been duly received will be opened publicly and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid.

The work to be performed generally includes:

• The overall intent of the project is to evaluate the current existing irrigation system and help the District determine the next step in the process in managing the parks irrigation system. This analysis is a vital part of the future upgrades associated with West Park.

Bids shall be submitted on a lump sum basis.

Copies of the Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents for use in preparing Bids may be obtained from Steven Barber, contacted at sbarber@eaglevail.org after August 13, 2026.

Copies of the Project Specifications are also on file and may be examined at the Owner’s address during normal working hours after August 13, 2026 or by visiting www.eaglevail.org.

No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date Bids are opened.

The EagleVail Metropolitan District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
